12 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

SIZE: 14’L x 8’W x 4.25’T

Our smallest dumpster, this 12 yard container is perfect for small residential projects and jobs involving drywall. Its low height of 4¼ feet makes it easy to load debris from the top, or choose to use to rear side-swinging door (note: please add 10 feet of clearance to use door).

Approximate Capacity: About 6 standard pickup truck loads

Approximate Space Needs: 12′ wide by 40′ in straight access in front of the container.

20 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

SIZE: 22’L x 7.5’W x 3.5’T

Our 20 yard container is the ideal selection for medium construction and demo projects, and roofing projects up to approximately 4,100 square feet. Measuring in at just 3½ feet in height, this is the optimal choice for projects involving heavy debris.

20 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

SIZE: 22’L x 7.5’W x 4.6’T

Our second 20 yard dumpster option is a great choice for medium construction and demo projects in which larger amounts of concrete, drywall and asphalt are being discarded.

30 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

SIZE: 22’L x 8’W x 6’T

The 30 yard roll-off dumpster is our most popular option for large home renovations, siding projects, tree trimming and roofing projects up to approximately 6,200 square feet. The rear-facing door eases loading (note: please add 10 feet of clearance to use door).

40 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

SIZE: 22’L x 7.5’W x 7’T

Our recommended option for large construction or remodeling jobs and projects involving bulk materials, the largest container size we offer is our 40 yard dumpster. The rear-facing door eases loading (note: please add 10 feet of clearance to use door).
